Whimsicott used psychic!

Whimsicott's my favorite pokemon so I drew a picture of it using psychic on a rock. There was a bg and everything, but you couldn't see him use psychic so I just got rid of it. It wasn't that pretty anyways. Also, I made it shiny on accident >.> My cousin asked how it looked shiny and I had already saved and shaded it before I remembered I wanted it to be normal. Oh well. CnC would be awesome
